Condition and Problems of Job Vacancy in Indonesia

As long as the increasing development that occurred in Indonesia, in fact this causes the number of jobs vacancy available in Indonesia will increase too. Unfortunately, the very rapid population growth is not balanced by the number of existing jobs vacancy. So this condition causes the number of jobs vacancy that exist in Indonesia is still arguably a bit. According to the condition that the number of people who are very overcrowded cause the number of job seekers are also more and more. Moreover, on the basis of the results of research conducted by the International Labor Organization / ILO said that the outlook for global employment has decreased compared to last year due to weak economy during the last three years. The ILO argues, job creation should be encouraged by good economic conditions in developing countries such as Latin America and East Asia.
According to the ILO, the creation of jobs vacancy in the real economy should be priority number one to avoid the obstacle in private investment. This can be realized with the help of the private sector which come back into the primary engine of global employment creation.
Job vacancy  in Indonesia is still dominated in the agricultural sector that is equal to 45%. This is one type from a developed countries where the agricultural sector is dominates in job vacancy. When in a forward countries, the industry sector is the dominates.

According to the fact that jobs vacancy are much less than the number of work seekers, causing unemployment emerges. This condition became one of the social problems which are need a serious responsibility from government. Limitations of employment does not correspond with the number increasing every year education students, causing them difficult to get a job. As a result this is the social problems in national and regional economic development. Some peoples without a job will be an economic burden for a long time later, even in fact they also do not want this happened to them.
Moreover, these issues are compounded by the number of job seekers who still have low education and limited skill. In addition, the people of Indonesia who have completed their education tend to choose to become workers, whereas in fact there are limited jobs vacancy. This only increases the amount of unemployment that more and more. And the other problem is how the job vacancy available in the region and in the city are still far from equity expectations.
Employment structure of Indonesia is still dominated by informal workers. In general, there are three groups who are classified as informal workers, namely: (a) The independent entrepreneurs, (b) employers assisted by temporary workers unfixed / family, and (c) workers are not paid. One example is outsourcing.
